Wooli provides a unique beach holiday experience with the opportunity to step back in time and enjoy the relaxed beach holidays of yester years, without sacrificing any modern comforts.  With a focus on pet friendly water front holiday accomodation  Blue River Shack  has been fully renovated to make the most of its historic character and it's beautiful natural setting overlooking Wooli River and Yuraygir National Park providing fabulous evening sun sets and water views from an expansive deck area with the ocean and beach just metres away. 

Featuring great outdoor living space , this large covered deck incorporates an outdoor kitchen including a sink with hot and cold water, power points and loads of bench space to compliment the large gas BBQ. 

There is a large timber table with oodles of space to spread out and comfy chairs for relaxing. This is an ideal location to cook up a holiday treat, the day's catch or prepare it for freezing. The deck faces Wooli River and Yuraygir National Park on the opposite bank which provides that perfect peaceful water front ambience and natural bush outlook for a glass of wine and a fine meal with family or friends. 

There's also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash off the sand after that refreshing walk along the beach or swim, its a real novelty for the kids. Blue River Shack now has reverse cycle Air conditioning making it cool in summer and toasty warm in winter.

This comfortable 2 bedroom beach house is perfect for that relaxing break away with the kids and the family pet. You can laze away on the deck, read a book, take in the river views, or take the kids to the beach which is only 60 metres away.

There are lots of fishing spots along the coast or you can go out to the Solitary Islands for a spot of *deep sea fishing or diving. The local Bowls Club is a must visit and only doors away from Blue River Shack. While there enjoy a meal at Harrys Chinese Restaurant.  

June July and August are the prime fishing months in Wooli and Blue River Shack with it's out door kitchen is perfect for cleaning and filleting the days catch and if the anglers luck has evaided you there is always the Oyster shop with a small selection of seafood options to choose from.

There is also "Waives" the café a few 100 metres further along the river past the Bowls Club where you can get hot takeway fish & chips, coffee and the paper and head back to the deck for the morning read or the evening meal with a glass of wine on the deck as the sun sets over the river and national park beyond.

• Christmas holidays: $2,595 per week (15th Dec & Jan 26th Excl. Xmas week)
• Christmas week: 22th Dec Depart 29th Dec - $2,795. New Years week the same.
• Nightly rate: $165 to $395 per night (min 3 night stay)
• Pet Cleaning Fee $30 per stay.
• Cleaning Fee $65.
• All peak season bookings must be weekly and are Sat - Sat only

Please note: Bedding is provided (doonas and pillows). However, LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED. You need to bring sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. A LINEN service is provided locally and you can arrange this independantly if required.

Bookings are not confirmed in the calendars above until the deposit money has been received.  This means that dates  may  already be on hold for other guests pending receipt of the deposit funds which can take up to 48 hours before being blocked out as not available.  The blocked out dates above mean guests have paid their deposit and the booking is confirmed and locked in for them and these dates are now no longer available.
